電体基板、1b,1cは圧電体基板上に構成され
たアルミニウム薄膜電極、2は弾性表面波共振器
と組み合わせて正帰還回路を構成するための増幅
器3は正帰還回路からの発振電力をとり出すため
の高周波電力分配器、4は弾性表面波発振器が外
部回路からの影響を受けなくするための緩衝増幅
器5はこの弾性表面波発振器の発振出力端子、6
a,6bは弾性表面波共振器を切換えるための共
振器切換器、7は共振器切換器6a,6bを制御
するための信号入力端子である。なお、図中同一
符号は、同一または相当部分を示す。
