Abstract
PURPOSE:To elevate the working efficiency at the time of formation of small-sized molded motor and to attempt the reduction of management item by a method wherein clearance grooves extending in parallel direction with the rotating shaft are provided in plastic substances at the outer circumference of a stator core, and both end brackets are fixed with clamping bolts to the clearance grooves. CONSTITUTION:Two customary end brackets are used as the end brackets, and the both are clamped and fixed with clamping bolts placing plastic substance between them. The work using a forming mold is limited to the molding of a stator core 1 containing a coil 2, and plastic substance 12 and clearance grooves 12a are formed by forming with a plastic. The clearance grooves 12a are formed to equip clamping bolts 13 in them at the time of assembling, the clamping bolts 13 are equipped in this parts penetrating the both sides in penetrating holes 7a of the end brackets 7 and are clamped and fixed with nuts 14. By this way, the working efficiency at the time of formed can be elevated.
