Abstract
PURPOSE: To make focus inspection through three-dimensional detection and perform the position adjustment of a search light light source by inspecting the light source position with respect to a reflecting mirror by predetermined 2-series optical systems.
CONSTITUTION: Light source light from a normal light source 7 reflects on the parabolic surface of a reflecting mirror 8, and images on screen glass 30 provided to a movable bracket 31 by way of an optical system such as of a rectangular prism 16, a pinhole plate 34, a green filter 33, an oblong prism 32, etc. by which the position deviation based on the cruciform intersecting point of the glass 30 is inspected, and the two-dimensional focus deviation in the direction based on the cruciform intersecting point of the glass 30 is inspected, and the two-dimensional focus deviation in the direction normal to the optical axis of the light source 7 is detected. In a similar manner, the focus deviation in the optical axis direction is inspected and detected by imaging of the light source 7 on the screen glass 22 of a movable bracket 21 by an optical system formed by an oblong prism 23, etc. If the spherical ring 29 cooperating with the brackets 31, 21 is adjusted according to this three-dimensional inspection, the three-dimensional adjustment of the light source 7 to the focus position of the mirror 8 is easily and accurately accomplished while the light source image is being inspected.
