Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable an inspection device to easily run using small power, by supporting major portion of weights of flexible tube and cable, etc. by a tube supporting equipment. By doing so, the inspection equipment 11 becomes able to conduct inspection by moving around centering the connected point A within an extent of length of a tube 15, and at the same time, it can be inserted into the bottom mirror section B of the furnace container 18 for inspection. Further, even though the tube 17 were to be slackened during an inspection, since weight of the tube 17 is supported by the tube supporting equipment 13, the inspection equipment 11 is not affected by this, and therefore, the inspection equipment 11 is able to move smoothly using small driving force.
