Abstract
PURPOSE:To stabilize an oscillating mode, an output, and the like by fixing a cooling jacket covering the outer surface of a discharge tube between pair of resonator supporting plates and imparting a function of a linking rod. CONSTITUTION:A pair of resonator supporting plates 3 are provided at both ends of a laser oscillating tube. The cooling jacket 10 covers the outer surface of the laser oscillating tube and both ends of the cooling jacket are fixed to the resonator supporting plates. An outer tube 61 covers said cooling jacket 10. Means 27 and 36 circulates constant temperature liquid in the inside of the cooling jacket and the inside of the outer tube. The length of the resonator is always kept constant, and the oscillating output and mode are stabilized.
