Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress thermal elongation or contraction and achieve the stablization of output by using double tubes of metal as a resonator support boby and flowing the temperature controlled cooling liquid in the space between the inner tube and outer tube of said double tubes. CONSTITUTION:An inner cylinder 9 of the identical metal is disposed coaxially on the inner side of an outer cylinder 8 made of metal and the outer cylinder 8 and inner cylinder 9 are firmly fixed by means of flanges 10 at both ends. The spacing 11 between the outer cylinder 8 and the inner cylinder 9 are hermetically sealed by the flanges 10. The outer cylinder 8 has two connectors for circulating the cooling liquid which has undergone temperature controlling through spacing 11. The flanges 10 are mounted with plates 12 which have holes for passing of a laser tube 4 and the plates 12 are provided with a return block 4 and two mirror gimbals 5. The laser tube 1 is directly mounted to the block 4 and gimbal 5. The cooling liquid which has undergone precise temperature controlling from the cooling liquid circulating device 13 flows in the spacing 11 and fills the cylinders 8 and 9 up to their every corner, whereby both are maintained always at a constant and even temperature.
