Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce development of high pitch noises and make operation smooth, by installing booster pumps in parallel which reverses operation and operating the other piston before one of their pistons reaches its top dead center.
CONSTITUTION: Booster pumps 27 are installed in parallel so that operation of one of said pumps 27 is opposite to that of the other. Hydraulic pressure inlets 23, 24 and discharge outlets 25 and 26 are connected to hydraulic pressure supply sources 36 and 37 respectively and to a receiving tank 38 through a change-over valves 35. These change-over valves 35 are changed over by the cam shaft 40 connected to a variable speed motor 39 in such a way that the piston 22 of one hydraulic cylinder 21 is actuated before the piston 22 of the other hydraulic cylinder 21 reaches its top dead center. By this arrangement, even when the change-over valve to one hydraulic cylinder 21 is closed, variation in the flow rate becomes small and development of high pitch noises is reduced, because the working hydraulic pressure is being conveyed to the other hydraulic cylinder.
