Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it stable and secure to turn on-off large current by supplying a photodetecting circuit with stable DC electric power. CONSTITUTION:Pulse-modulated light is inputted to photodetection part 1 to control transistor TR. Load-switching SCR3 is connected in parallel to bridge type full- wave rectifying circuit 2 to apply and add the plus waveform of pulsating current after full-wave rectification. Constant voltage SCR2 is also applied with the plus waveform of pulsating current and, as the waveform rises, conducts to charge capacitor C1. To control SCR1, voltage detecting Zener diode ZD1 is connected. Through capacitor C3 connected between SCR1 and SCR2, charging current flows when the anode of SCR1 is held at a potential of 0, and it functions to hold the anode of SCR2 at a potential of 0.
