CONSTITUTION:A commercial power supply 5 is divided into two systems through an insulating transformer T, the output is added to the first power supply 6 and the second power supply 7, a full-wave rectification circuit of a thyristor, and the rectifying output of these power supplies is composed by means of diodes D1, D2 and added to the motor M2. The first power supply 6 outputs voltage set previously in response to the desired speed of revolution of the motor M2, and the second power supply 7 outputs voltage corresponding to the output of a low-pass filter 2 of a PLL circuit.
