Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent wrinkles on a copying sheet by a method wherein a means for detecting whether there exists a recorded information signal to be supplied selectively to a heating unit and a means for controlling a copying sheet by said detecting means are provided. CONSTITUTION:An ordinary sheet 2 is fed steadily by a platen roll 5. When a recorded information signal is inputted to a detecting part 10, presence or absence in one scanning segment of a facsimile is detected. When no signal is outputted, the recorded information signal is inputted to the following drive controller 11, a control signal 12 is outputted to turn on an electromagnetic clutch, while the brakes are applied to a rolled copying sheet 31 and the feeding of copying sheet 1 is stopped. In like manner a heating unit also does not operate but the ordinary sheet 2 alone is fed, the copying sheet 1 is pulled at a constant tension and no wrinkle appears. When a signal is outputted, the electromagnetic clutch is turned off, the copying sheet 1 is fed together with the ordinary sheet 2 in proportion to a recording velocity to record a thermosensitive copying information.
