Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the vibration-damping effect, welding strength, workability, etc. of the captioned seal material obtained by compounding the metal particles having the grain sizes of the specific range in rubber-form elastic material.
CONSTITUTION: Metal particles of Ag, Cu, Al, Fe, Cr and stainless steel or the like having grain sizes of 15W2000μ are compounded at 2W70% to rubber-form elastic material, whereby the pressure-sensitive conductive rubber-form elastic compound is obtained. The one comprising forming this compound in sheet form of an even thickness and forming the same into a spot-weldable (pressure-sensitive conductive) sheet 2 in an unvulcanized state is used as a base material. Next, a pressure-sensitive conductive adhesive layer 1 is coated on both or one side of this sheet 2. This adhesive layer 1 comprising dispersing metal particles of Ag, Cu, Al, Fe, etc. having grain sizes of 15W2000μ evenly at about 1W10% in the adhesive agent of natural rubber or synthetic rubber base.
