CONSTITUTION:A transparent electrode 2 is formed on one side of a photoelectric conversion film 1 while a plurality of metal electrodes 3 are formed on the other side thereof. A photoelectrically converted electrical signal of the photoelectric conversion film 1 can be obtained as a time series electrical signal by selective switching of a plurality of metal electrodes 3 in a semiconductor scanning circuit 4. An bias voltage is applied to the photoelectric conversion film 2 from a bias power source 5 by way of a resistance 6.
