Abstract

PURPOSE:To miniaturize an electromagnet device and to reduce the consuming electric power by a method wherein a coil being wound around a core, a magnetic movable piece, a restoring means and two complementary permanent magnet acting a special function are provided in the device. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic movable piece 3 is energized by exciting a coil 2 being wound around a core 1, and is energized by a restoring means (a permanent magnet) Mr to keep the restored state when the coil is not excited. The primary permanent magnet M1 is arranged being placed between yokes 14, 15 confronting with a magnetic piece A1 being not provided with the restoring permanent magnet Mr to make a magnetic flux to pass in the core in the opposite direction when the coil is not excited, and to make a magnetic flux to pass in the movable piece 3 when the coil is excited. The secondary complementary permanent magnet M2 is provided, for example, in the magnetic piece A1 to be short-circuited in the flux coming from the magnet M2 when the coil is not excited, and to generate a flux passing through the same path when the coil is excited. By this way, the attractive force of the coil is complemented, and the miniaturization of the electromagnet and the reduction of consuming electricpower can be obtained.
