Abstract
PURPOSE:To miniaturize an electromagnet device and to reduce the consuming electric power by a method wherein a coil being wound around a coil, a magnetic movable piece, a restoring means and a complementary permanent magnet acting a special function are provided in the device. CONSTITUTION:A monostable electromagnet is constituted of a coil 2 being wound around a core 1, a magnetic movable piece 3, a restoring means (a permanent magnet) Mr and a complementary permanent magnet M1 acting a special function. The core 1 has H-shape, and a coil 2 is wound around the center part 11. The movable part 3 is consisted of two magnetic pieces A1, A2 being connected with a nonmagnetic substance, and a rotary center axis 31 passes through the center connecting part. A restoring permanent magnet Mr is sticked to the one side magnetic piece A2, and energizes the movable piece 3 to keep the restored state when the coil is not excited. A complementary permanent magnet M1 is provided in the other side magnetic piece A1, for example, the flux is made to be short-circuited in a flux coming from the magnet M1 when the coil is not excited, and the flux passing the same path is generated when the coil is excited to complement the attractive force of the coil and to miniaturize the electromagnet.
