Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the magnet roller of an electrostatic transfer type electronic photo copier to be applicable for either of development or cleaning by a methos wherein the polarity of magnets and the position of arranging part of magnets and fins are changed properly. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical sleeve 2 is consisted of Al or nonmagnetic stainless steel, etc., and plural fins 3a of a ferromagnetic yoke 3 are formed radially from the center of sleeve along the axial direction of the sleeve 2. Plural magnets 4 are arranged between the respective fins 3a. The magnet roller 1 being consisted in this way is applicable for either of development or cleaning by changing properly the position of arranging part of the magnets 4 and the fins 3a.
