CONSTITUTION:Heating elements 39A, 39B-45A, 45B are arranged on a straight line, and are connected together in parallel in terms of electricity. Halftone color control terminals 48-54 are driven by selectively applying voltage from a common electrode terminal 46 to a common electrode 31 to selectively heat a portion, which is marked with a mark A, of the heating element. This causes the formation of a printing pattern in a comparatively dispersing shape. With saturation density terminals 62-68 applied with voltage, a portion, which is marked with a mark B, of the heating element is also heated via AND circuits 55-61 from the terminals 48-54 to form a comparatively dense printing pattern.
