CONSTITUTION:Onto recording paper 7, a toner picture formed on drum 3 by charging 4, exposure 2 and development 1 is guided by transcription part 5. When the toner picture is formed of a magnetic toner, this magnetic toner picture is attracted onto recording paper 8 after transcription by magnet 18 provided under fixing unit 15 equipped with reflex mirror 17 and light source 16. In this state, flash light source 16 turns on to irradiate toner image 14 with flash light, fixing it on recording paper 8 by thermal melt-sticking. When an insulating toner or the like is used, an electrode plate is provided under the recording paper so as to attract the insulating toner onto recording paper 8 and charge is loaded between reflex mirror 17 and the electrode plate.
