Abstract
PURPOSE: Titled apparatus being capable of recovering a stable fermentation heat continuously, and constituted to supply the air absorbing from the middle part of fermentation vessel which is expanding downward to the upper and lower parts of the fermentation vessel through the heat exchanger.

Completely fermented matter in the vessel 1, is taken out from the outlet 5 and also, temperature in the vessel 1 is kept always constantly and then, fermentation heat is regularly recovered by the heat exchanger 13.
