Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to remove bad odors and moisture from the residue of dust disposal, by installing an aerobic fermenter for the sludge from anaerobic fermenter and a dehydrator for the sludge from the aerobic fermenter, which is provided with an outlet for the residue and an exhaust port.
CONSTITUTION: Water is supplied through inlet 17 and electric current is supplied to electric heater 29 and motor 20, and the water in anaerobic fermenter 1 is heated. Then, when the home dust is put into anaerobic fermenter 1 through inlet 17, the dust is broken by device 14 and agitated by device 24, and the methane gas produced by the aerobe staying in the dust is collected through port 30. The dust is changed into sludge and the sludge is put into aerobic fermenter 33. The air from compressor 39 which has been operated in advance, is blown onto the sludge in tank 33 through foamed body 43, and the sludge is further decomposed by the aerobe and the gas thus produced blows out through port 45. After that, the sludge in tank 33 is put into bag body 52 of dehydrating basket in dehydrator 48, and the water squeezed out from the sludge is discharged from port 56 and the residue is taken out from port 50 together with bag body 52 and then used as a fertilizer.
