Abstract
PURPOSE: To effectively treat the organic waste, by maturing the sludge of acid producing process or gasifying process or their mixed sludge under a specific condition and performing methane fermentation after performing acid fermentation of organic waste using matured sludge as seed sludge.
CONSTITUTION: Sludge of acid producing process used common property anaerobic bacteria and absolute anaerobic bactrria or gasifying process making the absloute bacteria as prior seed or their mixed sludge, is matured at 45W65°C fermentation temperature, -400W-600mV oxidation reduction electric potential about 5kg/m3. day or more or organic matter load. Acid fermentation of organic waste is performed at 45W60°C fermentation temperature using obtained matured sludge having stable and high activity, as seed sludge and organic acid is produced with good efficiency and then, methane fermentation of obtained acid producing slurry, is performed at 45W60°C fermentation temperature moreover.
