Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable moldings having a dimensional shape of high accuracy to be obtained in the titled device of performing pressing in multiple axis directions, by constituting the press devices of the respective axes with the main punches fitting to auxiliary punches and the pressing devices for said punches. CONSTITUTION:For example, in a device of pressing sintering alloy from multiple axis direction of at least three or more axes thereby compression-molding the same, the press devices provided to respective axes X, X', Y, Y' and Z, Z', not shown, perpendicular to the plane of the figure, are constituted by main punches 12x, 12x' fitting to the auxiliary punches 11x, 11x', 11y, 11y'... divided in correspondence to the compressing margin of sintering powder 5 via elastic springs 15x, 15y, etc., and the pressing devices 3x, 3x'... which are independent to the respective punshes mentioned above as well as an NC control unit 4, etc., and the respective pressing cylinders 3x, 3x'... are controlled independently or in combination of pressing directions, positions, pressure, time, speeds, etc. The good quality sintered bodies are easily obtained with this device.
