Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the speed of the load variavle at the maximum producible torque without stalling an AC motor by converting a speed reference signal to a frequency reference signal having acceleration and deceleration rates which can produce the maximum producible torque of the AC motor. CONSTITUTION:The acceleration and deceleration rate setting circuit 24 converts a speed reference signal to a frequency reference signal having acceleration and deceleration rates which can produce the maximum producible torque of the AC motor 13. The output signal of the acceleration and deceleration rate setting circuit 24 is combined with the voltage feedback signal from a voltage detecting circuit 19, and given to a voltage control circuit 22. The output signal of the voltage control circuit 22 is combined with the current feedback signal from a current detecting circuit 18, and given to a phase control circuit 20. The output signal of the acceleration and deceleration rate setting circuit 24 is given to a frequency control circuit 23 as a frequency reference signal for the AC motor 13.
