Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the magnetic characteristics and antiscrabbling characteristics, and to improve the bonding nature of the ferromagnetic thin film layer to the base, by taking the ground film layer inserted between the substrate and the ferromagnetic metal thin film layer as the two layer construction with specific oxide and metal.
