Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a low-rank terminal from malfunctioning in an online system, by inhibiting the transfer of the right of transmission to the low-rank terminal equipment for a certain time after a terminal equipment stops sending a transmission request signal. CONSTITUTION:When an ON signal is supplied to transmission-request-signal ON terminal SR-ON, FF1 is set and FF2 is also set by the output of gate G3, so that transmission permit signal CS will never be transferred to the following part. Then, transmission request signal RS is sent and data transmission is carried out. Next, when an OFF signal is supplied to transmission-requeast OFF signal terminal SR- OFF FF1 and 2 are reset. In this case, even if output Q2' of FF2 is generated, gate G1 is being closed by the output of delay circuit D and signal CS is never transferred to lower-rank terminals.
