Abstract
PURPOSE: To effect comfortable heating using characteristics of an air conditioner and a floor surface radiation heater, by associating an air conditioner capable of heating by a warm wind with a floor surface radiation heater, and by controlling the air conditioner by a thermostat arranged in said heater.
CONSTITUTION: When a switch 309 is turned on, both relays 308, 316 are turned on to pass an electric current through a heater 2H of an electric carpet to perform floor heating. Also the electric current flows through an indoor fan motor 1A1, is passes to a four-way valve 1B3 through a heating side contact H of a cooling-heating change- over switch 1A2, and is further passes to a compressor motor 1B1, and an outdoor fan motor 1B2 to initiate heating operation. Thereafter when the floor surface temperature has reached its upper limit, due to a thermostat including a thermistor 301 the relays 308, 316 are turned off and therefore said heating operation is suspended. When the floor temperature has reached an intermediate temperature, only the relay 308 is turned on to cause an electric current to flow trough the heater 2H.
