Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the comfortability during heating by a method wherein the set temperature of an indoor temperature controller is changed by the output signal of an indoor humidity detector. CONSTITUTION:When the operating switch of an indoor unit 3 is turned on, a compressor 7 starts to send high temperature heat transfer medium serving as heating source to an indoor heat exchanger 9, the air heat-exchanged with the medium at which is sent in a room by means of a blower 12 to heat the room. With the progress of heating, the air conditioner 3 is repeatedly turned on and off by means of the indoor temperature controller 16 with the signal of an indoor temperature detector 20. When the indoor humidity detector 6 detects that the relative humidity in the room is below the set value under the condition just described above, the set temperature of the indoor temperature controller 16 is lowered. Nevertheless, because even when the relative humidity in the room becomes above the set value, no special discomfort is felt, the set temperature of the temperature controller 16 needs not to be changed.
