CONSTITUTION:An electron emitting material is applied to an inner coil 11 and outer coil 12, dried and then heated to allow the electron emitting material 13 to be secured to the surface of an electrode constitutional substance. The electron emitting material 13 consists of 0.1-10mol% at least one of aluminum oxide, silicon oxide, titanium oxide, zirconium oxide and hafnium oxide and the rest scandium oxide.
