Abstract

PURPOSE: To stabilize the temperature of an element by stabilizing a heat source by connecting an IC temperature sensor and the heat source together via a small thermal resistance and then by connecting an element to be temperature-stabilized to the heat source via a thermal conductor.
CONSTITUTION: Resistance 52 that sets the temperature of IC temperature sensor 51 is connected to the input of sensor 51, the output of which is fed back through resistance 53 to give a temperature decision a gradient. Sensor 51 is connected to transistor 55 by way of amplifier 56 for driving power transistor 55 serving as the heat source of a temperature-stabilized element, e.g. IC operational amplifier 54. Then, sensor 51 and transistor 55 are connected together in metal piece 57 to stabilize the temperature of the heat source. The temperature of the temperature-stabilized element can be stabilized by connecting operational amplifier 54 to this heat source by way of thermally conductive plate 58.
