Abstract
PURPOSE:To maintain the temperature of a laser constant by directly detecting the temperature of the PN junction face of a semiconductor laser and controlling the temperature through the use of a heat exchange composed of an electronic cooling element which utilizes the Peltier effect thermally coupled to the laser, etc.
