Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of thermally shading a temperature sensor from case by fixing a cooling plate and a heating plate respectively to the front and back of a thermoelectric element provided opposedly to the heat radiating object to be measured and controlling the temperature of the heating plate so as to make equal the temperatures thereof.
