Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the captioned device whereby the shear of printed position is prevented and the quantity of roll-up can be controlled by a simple structure by a method wherein a roll-up roller is rotated in follow-up to a feed roller and the recording paper is rolled up in the quantity corresponding to the quantity drawn out by the feed roller.
CONSTITUTION: The feed roller 8 being energized in one direction by a spring, it is constantly made to contact with the roll-up roller 9 under pressure by the axial part thereof being held by a slit 10. The long recording paper 11 wound round the feed roller 8 is drawn out in the direction of an arrow and wound round a sending roller (platen) 6 and, being wound round the outer periphery of the feed roller 8 again, it is put through between the feed and the roll-up rollers 8 and 9 and rolled round the roll-up roller 9. Being driven intermittently by a motor 12, the platen 6, rotating the feed roller 8, draws out the recording paper 11 and the roll-up roller contacting under pressure with the feed roller 8 rotates in follow-up to the feed roller 8 and rolls up the recording paper 11.
