Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a transmittance of a rolled fabric without giving any tension in the fabric and to keep a feature or characteristic of the fabric by a method wherein a transmitting roller is closely abutted against the rolled fabric by a reaction force of a spring and the rolled fabric itself is rotated and then transmitted.
CONSTITUTION: Rolled fabric holding arm 7 is descended by the electric motor 14 until the lever 27 fixed to the shaft 25 attached to one side of a connection pipe 24 is sensed or detected by the limit switch 28, and then the electric motor 14 is stopped. In this case, a lower side of the rolled fabric 5 held on the upper side of the transmitting roller 21 pushed up by a reaction force from the spring 26 is closely abutted and set in the feeding roller 57 of the fabric extender 2. The transmitting roller 57 is rotated in response to a running movement of the fabric extender 2 while being synchronous with a running speed of the fabric machine under any number of rotation to feed out the wound fabric.
