Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify control system and improve the finish of taking-up work by specifying the supporting method for close sensor and fluctuation roller.
CONSTITUTION: The roller 4 of a touch roller and a close sensor 5 are supported by a four-joint link mechanism which is constituted of tha base part 6 consisting of bearings 10 and 11 installed in a fixed frame, the first and second arms 7 and 8 respectively which are axially supported by the bearings 10 and 11, and third arm 9 with which the free end parts of the first and second arms are bridge-linked. Accordingly, if the relation of length of the base part 6 and the firstWthird arms 7W9 is properly set, and the length of the extension part of the first and third arms 7 and 9 are properly set, the roller 4 and the close sensor 5 are contacted with and separated from the taking-up shaft 1, in the state where the relative position is maintained constant, having the surface of a round winding roller 3 of which winding diameter increases with the proceeding of taking-up, as standard, through the fluctuation of the four-joint link mechanism, and thus a prescribed object can be achieved.
