Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a device having a simple structure and easy in maintenance and inspection by a process wherein a three-phase AC segment and a DC leading out part are insulated from a machine shaft and fixed to a shrunk ring, and a rectifier mounting plate is installed between the ring and the segment by means of an insulating stud. CONSTITUTION:Shrunk rings 2a, 2b are shrunk fitted onto a shaft 1 of a rotor. An AC feed segment 4 is arranged on the shrunk ring 2a, inserting an insulating layer 3a between the segment and the ring, and the segment 4 is held by means of a shrunk ring 5 through an insulating layer 3e. A positive pole ring 6 and an insulating layer 3c are disposed to the shrunk ring 2b through an insulating layer 3b, and the ring 6 is held by means of a negative pole shrunk ring 7. A body wherein a rectifier 11 is fixed to a rectifier mounting plate 8 with fans 9 for cooling the rectifier and a segment 14 for fitting a fuse fastened by means of a screw are installed through an insulating layer 3d, and electrically connected by means of insulating studs 10a, 10b and fixed mechanically.
