Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to put a circuit into the best operation by suppressing the temperature rise of an oscillating element without increasing emitter resitance, by connecting a constant current circuit to the emitter of an oscillating transistor. CONSTITUTION:To the emitter of oscillating transistor 1 constituting the oscillating circuit, constant current circuit 11 is connected by way of high frequency element inductor 7' and by-pass capacitor 6. When the electric power source is put to work, transistor 1 is supplied with a fixed base voltage by base-biasing fixed resistances 9 and 10 and constant electric current flows from constant current circuit 11. With the electric power source on, oscillation starts and as electric current originating in the oscillation flow, the emitter current is suppressed to a constant value by the constant electric current source, so that electric current, that does not originate in the oscillation, of the emitter current will be reduced.
