Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of analysis data with a simple construction by projecting photometric beam from a single light source upon each cuvette at several points and the transmitted light is received and detected with a plurality of photo- detector. CONSTITUTION:Cuvettes 16 are set in order on a turn table 11 turning intermittently and a test liquid is made therein. On the other hand, photometric beam emitted radially from a light source 29 fixed on the center line of the turn table 11 is projected to the photo-detector 39 provided at specified several points via light source covers 31 and 33, a lens 36, a slit aperture 38 and cuvettes 16. Said mechanism allows each cuvette to undergo photometry at the position corresponding to the photo-detectors 39. Accordingly, the photometry of several wave lengths can be performed when the filter retaining member 43 is turned at respective photometric positions, thereby improving the reliability of the analysis data with a simple construction.
