Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the reliability to analysis data with a simple construction by projecting photometric beam on each cuvette from a signal light source at several points with the rotation of a prism and a transmitted light is received with a plurality of photo-detectors. CONSTITUTION:Cuvettes 16 are set in order on a turn table 11 turning intermittently and a test liquid is made therein. On the other hand, a cylindrical member 30 centered on the center line of the rotation of the turn table 11 rotates faster than the turn table so as to lead photometric light flux from a light source 25 in the cylindrical member 24 selectively to the photo-detector 42 provided at specific several points on the inner surface of a constant temperature bath 18. This allows each cuvette to undergo photometry several times at the position corresponding to the photo-detectors. Accordingly, the photometry of several wave lengths can be carried out when a filter retaining member 43 is turned at respective photometric positions, thereby producing a highly accurate and reliable analysis data with a simple construction.
