Abstract

PURPOSE: To carry out the titled treatment without damaging effective components by adding a high speed dehydration treating agent obtained by compounding powdery quick lime, silicic magnesia lime, carbonic lime, talc powder and neutral kaolinein a specific ratio to an industrial waste material.
CONSTITUTION: Said high speed dehydration treating agent is prepared by compoundings, in the wt% basis, powdery quick lime; 53.0W71.0%, silicic magnesia lime; 6.0W13.3% carbonic lime; 17.3W24.0% talc powder; 4.0W6.0% and neutral kaoline; 2.3W3.2%. The an org. industrial waste material such as livestock industry or brewing sludge and a fat industrial waste material, the above described high speed dehydration treating agent is added in an appropriate amount, mixed and stirred at a temp. of about 100°C or less, the dehydrating treatment is directly caried out without damaging effective components and said waste material is converted to a powder with low moisture.
