Abstract

PURPOSE: To make a device compact and obtain the pressure-sent air with small pressure wave motion and constant pressure by providing a pump chamber on both sides of a piston, respectively, and sending pressurized air through the piston guide member.
CONSTITUTION: When current is alternately applied to electromagnetic coils 2 and 2', the magnetic plate 11 of a piston 10 is pulled so as to alternately close the inter- magnetic poles 6 and 7 or 6' and 7', respectively and the piston 10 moves right and left. The volume of pump chambers 13 and 13' on both sides of the piston 10 alternately increases and decreases. When the respective pump chambers 13 and 13' are set to negative pressure, air is sent pressurized through the hollow area of the piston 10 and the slide guide member 16 of the piston at positive pressure. This makes a device compact and sends pressurized air by the reciprocal movement of the piston. As a result, the air with small pressure wave motion and constant pressure can be taken out.
