Abstract

PURPOSE: To make a device compact and obtain pressure air with small pressure wave motion and constant pressure by providing two pump chambers in a piston and sending pressurized air through these pump chambers of this piston.
CONSTITUTION: When current is alternately applied to between electromagnetic coils 2 and 2', the magnetic plate 12 of a piston 11 is pulled so as to alternately close the inter-magnetic poles 6 and 7 or 6' and 7', respectively and the piston 11 moves right and left. The volume of the pump chambers A and A' in the piston 11 which are positioned right and left alternately increases and decreases with a partition body 14. When the respective chambers A and A' are set to negative pressure, air flows in them and when they are set to positive pressure, air is sent pressurized. This makes a device compact and reduces the mechanical loss of its drive system. Also, since air in sent pressurized by the reciprocal movement of the piston 11, the air with small pressure wave motion and constant pressure can be taken out.
