Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an output voltage low in temperature coefficient easily by correcting a difference in the absolute value of a temperature coefficient between reference electric power sources by applying an operational amplifier with reference voltages, differing in sign of the temperature coefficient, via resistors and by connecting feedback resistances to this amplifier.
CONSTITUTION: Reference voltage generating source 1 with a positive temperature coefficient and reference voltage generating source 2 with a negative temperature coefficient are connected to one input terminal "-" of operational amplifier 6 via resistances 3 and 4 respectively and the other input terminal "+" of amplifier 6 is connected to a reference potential (grounded). Further, negative feedback resistance 5 is connected between the output terminal and input terminal "-" of amplifier 6. Then, resistances 3 and 4 correct the difference in the absolute value between the temperature coefficients of voltage generating sources 1 and 2 and negative feedback resistance 5 adjusts output voltage V0, thereby outputting random output voltage V0 of a small temperature coefficient.
