Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement in the strength in the vicinity of the boundary between an inlet and a coil adjacent to the inlet by arranging a glass fiber mat on the outer peripheral side of predetermined range of a molded portion around the boundary as a center from the inlet. CONSTITUTION:The glass fiber mat 7 formed by associating sized chopped strand mat 8 disposed outside with a filament mat 9 disposed inside is contained and formed on the outer peripheral side of a predetermined range of the molded portion 1 around the boundary of the mold portion 1 as a center from the inlet 4. The addition of the glass fiber mat 7 allows resin 5 to approach its thermal expansion coefficient to aluminum conductor. In this manner the different of thermal expansion coefficients between the inlet and the boundary of the coil adjacent to the inlet can be reduced to improve the strength in the vicinity of the boundary so as to prevent cracks therein.
