Abstract

By thus setting the traveling distance of the truck 3 so as to be proportional to the traveling distance of the truck 2 by the ratio of diameters of the large and small pulleys, two trucks 2, 3, are prevented from collision. Accordingly, the mandrel bar can be automatically supported without danger of collision of two trucks.
