Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of a fluid, in rapidly discharging a particulate material in a hopper, by providing a water seal between a lower part of an upper casing and an upper part of a lower casing. CONSTITUTION:When an accident stituation occurs, a drawing-out port 116 used in an accident situation is opened and a cut valve 108 is opened to rapidly discharge all adsorbing agent in an adsorbing agent filling chamber 3. When discharge and supply of the adsorbing agent are completed and the adsorbing agent filling chamber 3 is shifted to next zone, a flap damper 111 is closed and, because an inside and an outside of the hopper 113 are sealed by the water seal 112, an inside of the adsorbing agent filling chamber 3 and the inside of the hopper 113 as well as the inside and the outside of the hopper 113 are respectively sealed and, because double seal is obtained, the leakage is prevented certainly.
