１０の中間部開口を開閉可能に固着すると共に、前記軸
１１に重り１３を固着し、前記シュート１０の前記重り
１３の上方位置に調節ボルト１４を上下動可能に螺着し
、以て該ボルト１４の下端と前記重り１３とを当接可能
