Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the pipeline processing high-speed, by by-passing the intermediate buffer to process data when data is not stored in the intermediate buffer in the information processor for the pipeline processing. CONSTITUTION:The m-th processing part 1-2 performs the processing of the m-th stage, and the processed data is stored in an intermediate buffer 2-2, and the processing of the (m+1)th stage for preceding data is completed in the (m+1)th processing parts 3-2, and the next data is requested to the processing part 3-2. At this time, data is read from the intermediate buffer 2-2 if data is stored in the intermediate buffer 2-2. When data is not stored in the intermediate buffer 2-2, the processing part 3-2 is connected directly to the processing part 1-2, and data processed in the processing part 1-2 is directly read by the processing part 3-2, and thus, the influence of the delay time caused by the interemediate buffer 2-2 is removed.
