Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a uniformly and positively charging toner capable of being arbitrarily colored and to form a clear transferred image with high density free from fog by adding dibutyl tin oxide. CONSTITUTION:To a resin and a pigment or dye having a desired color is added dibutyl tin oxide by 0.5-10wt% to the amount of the resin. Since dibutyl tin oxide is colorless, using the desired known pigment or dye and the desired known resin, a colored toner is manufactured. Dibutyl tin oxide has high dispersibility in the resin and disperses uniformly. Accordingly, the toner has satisfactory positively charing properties, and a clear color image with high density free from fog is formed.
