Abstract
PURPOSE: To manufacture a stained glass easily at a low cost by forming bordering lines of projecting line shapes on a sheet of glass plate with a paste-like acrylic resin, providing transparent colored parts by an acrylic resin within the contours thereof, and drying the same.
CONSTITUTION: A draft 1 showing the patterns of a stained glass is fixed on a light transmittable working plate 2 having light sources 3, and a transparent or translucent glass sheet 4 is placed thereon. A paste-like dark color acrylic resin is extruded from a nozzle along the patterns of the draft 1, whereby bordering lines 5 are formed. Next, transparent acrylic synthetic resin paint of a suitable color is coated with a brush or the like within the contours of the lines 5, whereby colored parts 7 are formed. Such glass plate is put into a heating furnace and is heated for 50W80min at 60W80°C, to allow the lines 5 to set and the paint of the parts 7 to dry. The stained glass equivalent to ordinary stained glass is obtained.
