Consequently, base potential of a transistor (TR) Q1 is lowered compared with the case without the object, potential of (a) point of a resistor R9 is decreased also, and a collector current of a Q2 is increased, a charging current of a capacitor C2 for trigger is increased to quicken charging time of the C2 and a cycle of a blocking oscillation of a Q3 is shortened to hasten a trigger of a Triac T by a pulse transformer PT. Therefore, electric power to be applied to a lamp 6 is increased and a quantity of light of the lamp becomes to obtain brightness set by a variable resistor VR1.
