CONSTITUTION:The output of a speed controlling circuit 5 is proportional to the torque generated at a motor, and the output of a load torque setting circuit 8 is proportional to a load torque. A subtractor 9 produces a deviation between these output signals and outputs a signal proportional to acceleration or deceleration torque. An integrator 10 produces a signal proportional to the rotating speed. The output signal of a V/F converter 12 is a signal proportional to the average value of the actual rotating speed, a deviation amplifier 13 produces a deviation between the output of a speed instructing circuit 4 and the output of the converter 12 and outputs the deviation between the rotating speed calculated by the integrate 10 and the actial rotating speed.
